We ship Monday through Friday. Due to COVID there may be delivery issues with the carrier of your choice. Please know we will do what we can to ensure a timely delivery but once we pass on your order to the carrier we are limited in what we can do. No carriers across the US are guaranteeing delivery times.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 through USPS First Class Mail on all orders within the United States.
Please note that the delivery times are for the shipping only, and do not include production time for the item if it is being made to order. All available shipping options for your area can be viewed during the checkout process after entering your shipping information.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
FREE Shipping on orders over $50 through is offered through USPS First Class Mail. Estimated delivery within 10-20 business days (not guaranteed)
USPS First Class Mail is estimated delivery within 10-20 business days (not guaranteed)
Priority Mail is offered through USPS. Estimated delivery in 5 - 7 business days (not guaranteed)
FedEx Economy/Second Day Air delivery on average within 2-3 business days of shipping. Please note that FedEx delivery days exclude weekends and holidays. FedEx delivery is NOT available to PO Box addresses.
FedEx Priority/Next Day Air delivery on average 1-2 business days of shipping. FedEx delivery is NOT available to PO Box addresses.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
USPS Global Express/FedEx to Canada offers delivery within 5-10 business days of shipping.
FedEx outside Canada & US offers delivery within 5-10 business days of shipping. Shipping costs vary with location. Shipping costs for your area will be automatically calculated and can be viewed after entering your shipping information during the checkout process.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM WILL SHIP?
IN STOCK - Items listed as IN STOCK will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Same day shipping is offered on orders placed before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the following day.
MADE TO ORDER Items listed as MADE TO ORDER are not in stock and are made to order individually. This process typically takes between 2-4 weeks depending on the style. Estimated production times are listed on the product pages.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT SHIPS?
Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order ships, which will include a tracking number to be used to track your order once it is on its way. Please note that shipping confirmation is sent when the shipping label is created, and the tracking number will not become active until the package is received by the postal service. Tracking information will become available within 24 hours of the shipping confirmation email.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event you enter an incorrect address for FedEx deliveries there will be an additional charge of $11.00 to change the address after the package has shipped. Please double check your address to ensure it is correct and avoid additional charges. This charge will be assessed if you qualify for the free 2nd Day Air or pay for any of the FedEx services.
